Saundersfoot
Saundersfoot was designated as a conservation area by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in 1995. It is a small seaside village in between Tenby and Amroth. More compact than Tenby but with a charm and character of its own. In many respects Saundersfoot is a much more accessible seaside resort.
There are plenty of places to eat and drink around the harbour and there are ample parking spaces near the beach both on the harbourside itself and also in the nearby Pembrokeshire National Coast Car Park.

Tenby - Tour Details
Tenby is probably the most iconic seaside town in Wales, the original town was called Dinbych y Pysgod in Welsh or "little town of fishes". It was established by The Normans as a fortified town. Most of the old town walls remain, enclosing the medieval streets behind them. The original castle that defended Tenby was built on Castle Hill where today only one small Keep Tower remains. Inside the old town walls, narrow cobbled streets and medieval houses add to Tenby’s charm.
Tenby has three great beaches; North, South and Castle. Each has its own character and all facing in different direction, at least one should be sheltered if it happens to be windy
Coppet Hall
Coppet Hall is a small beach between Saundersfoot and Widseman's bridge. It is linked to Saundersfoot by a series of three tunnels through which a narrow gauge railway once travelled carrying coal from the local mines to Saundersfoot Harbour.

The old railway line or dramway heads up the wooded valley to the Stepaside Iron works, now a historic ruin. The dramway has recently been resurfaced and makes an ideal off road cycle for children all the way into Saundersfoot - The valley through which it runs is called, appropriately, Pleasant Valley.
Woolhouse Rocks
Woolhouse Rocks are a small outcrop of rocks to the South East of Tenby. They remain covered by water for the majority of the day, however as the tide starts to ebb the rocks appear and for just a few hours each day become home to Seals and Sea Birds.
